Frank Gehry 自宅

最近 post 又開始少了, 雖說偷懶的基因不無影響, 但最近比較忙也是因素之一. 待會還要去加班...

星期二和同事吃完午餐後, 到附近的 Frank Gehry 自宅看了一下, 順便測試一下手機的照相品質如何. 結果還差強人意. 如果光線弱一些, 或放大時, 影像可能會顆粒化地比較嚴重.

還蠻喜歡 Frank 的住宅, 可惜無緣一見室內.

Rem Koolhass 的演講替今年的 LA Design Week/ NeoCon West 打頭陣. 地點在 downtown 的 LA Mart. 我只參加了這個演講, 至於其他的展覽攤位無暇參觀, 不過也拍了幾張照片讓大家有個模糊的概念, 大概是什麼樣子.

LA Design Week/ NeoCon West 的活動內容為:
L.A.DesignWeek unites L.A.’s design resources into one major event over four non-stop days. NeoCon West in downtown L.A. and WESTWEEK in West Hollywood will take place side-by-side, complimented by events in contract and residential furnishings showrooms throughout the Santa Monica Design District.

Over 250 exhibitors will participate in L.A.DesignWeek, including manufacturers from NeoCon West, Pacific Design Center, the Santa Monica Design Center District showrooms and the downtown Contract furnishings showrooms.
